Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Dropshipped Items
Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners and may ship separately from other items in your order. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages — you'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Print-on-Demand Items
Personalized and print-on-demand items require additional production time of 3–5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time for these items is typically 8–14 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at 805 Battlefield Blvd N, Chesapeake, VA 23320. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout. You'll be notified when your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@hellobaby3dimaging.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
