Returns & Exchanges

We know that preparing for a new arrival can be overwhelming! If your order isn't quite what you expected, we are happy to help you find the right fit for you and your baby.

The 30-Day Guarantee

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Hygiene & Safety Exclusions

For the safety of our community and your little ones, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the manufacturer’s seal is broken:

• Feeding & Nursing: Breast pumps, nipple shields, nursing pads, and bottles.

• Self-Care: Postpartum recovery kits, maternity underwear, and skincare.

• Hygiene: Pacifiers, teethers, and diapering accessories.

• Safety: Car seats and strollers (due to safety regulation tracking).

How to Request a Return

1. Start Your Return: Email us: info@hellobaby3dimaging.com with your order number.

2. Ship It Back: We will provide a prepaid shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Get Refunded: Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
